As an employer you should confirm that wage statements contain all of the required information and should also ensure that employees who elect to do so have access as to avoid class actions as this one. The ruling in Dollar Tree’s favor, evidently concludes that the company provided its store employees with easy enough access to their wage statements by even making them available through stores’ cash registers.
